Lead Maintenance Technician
Vandalia, Ohio | Up to $80,000 + Benefits | 4-Day Workweek
Are you a hands-on maintenance professional looking for a role with work/life balance and growth potential? We’re hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing organization in Union, Ohio. This role is mostly mechanical with some electrical work, and offers the chance to grow into a leadership position.

What You’ll Do

Keep CNC and PLC-driven machines running smoothly

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Perform preventive maintenance and keep records up to date in CMMS

Support equipment installs and facility upkeep

Be the go-to problem solver for keeping production efficient
